The technical components of the DASA project
The Dasa Project stands as a testament to contemporary mining excellence, with an underground setup featuring a ramp and staggered stopes for the methodical and safe extraction of ore.
The facility’s core includes a treatment plant and a sulfuric acid production unit, both essential for the ore leaching process.
To support the operational and safety requirements of the mining endeavor, the site features a modern machinery fleet which will include electric vehicles when available. This equipment is essential in maintaining the high standards of efficiency and safety that are expected in today’s mining industry.
For the mining team, the living quarters are designed to accommodate up to 450 individuals, with full services including dining, healthcare, and recreational facilities to support their well-being.
In terms of infrastructure, the project includes comprehensive water and electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted operations A connection to the SONICHAR power grid will supply reliable electricity, a critical resource for the project. Nearby airports and a solid network of roads provide seamless access and facilitate logistics.
Adherence to high safety standards is a priority, with features and protocols in place to meet international mining safety regulations.
